The beginning of the New Year is filled with new hope and energy but, to fully benefit from it, it is essential to clear any obstacles and stagnancies from the previous period.

You don't have to have any previous meditation or yoga experience, you will be guided throughout the whole process.

During this 2.5 hour workshop we will reflect on what did not serve us in the previous year and consciously let it go. 

Then we will set a new intention of what we would like to welcome more of during the 2022. 

We will dwell deeper than a simple New Year resolution exercise, that nobody sticks to by the end of January.

We will aim to transform our thinking and learn to practice attracting more of what we want.

After we clear the mind clutter with intention setting and meditation, we will clear the body clutter by a dynamic Vinyasa yoga practice and a slower, mindful Yin yoga practice to remove any physical tension and stuck energy.

There will also be time to ask questions and reflect at the end.

By the end of the workshop you will feel rejuvenated, motivated and excited to start the New Year exactly how you imagined.

How to prepare?

- Do not eat at least one hour before the start of the workshop

What to bring?

- a yoga mat if you have one (please notify if you don't and we will bring a spare one)

- water (there is a tap where you can refill your bottle if needed)

- layers of clothing (a warm jumper and socks for the meditation part of the workshop, comfortable clothing for the yoga practice )

- a notebook / journal and a pen

- a bolster / cushion
