SWEDISH MASSAGE: This treatment is perfect for those suffering from muscle tension, sore muscles, knots, trapped nerves as the pressure applied aims to relieve any tension and bring back the state of balance and relaxation. The pressure can be adjusted to fit individual needs - as light or as strong as you like it! AROMATHERAPY: The most relaxing treatment on offer - this massage therapy uses massage oil that contains essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils). They are thought to promote beneficial changes in your mind and body. Using a blend of Swedish massage techniques, lymphatic drainage and working to unblock the chakras (energetic centres), aromatherapy massage is a deeply relaxing treatment. This is a non-sexual service, no additional services are provided other than the massage.
