A practice to gently wake up the body and dive deeper into yoga philosophy. Expect elements of meditation, pranayama (breath) and ancient wisdom to enrich the body and soul. All levels, no experience necessary.

Energising Vinyasa

Saturday 9:30am-10:30am

Awaken your body with this fun and energising flow by connecting breath with movement. Intermediate level, some yoga experience necessary.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Saturday 8:15am-9:15am

An advanced class to build strength and flexibility. The sequence is always the same to allow you see progress from class to class.
