ABOUT ME

Be.well (formerly Yoga.Time) was founded in 2020 in Nottingham in order to support and foster the sense of mindfulness and peace in the surrounding community.

​

My name is Paula, I am the founder of Be.well.

 

  • I am a 200 hours Certified Yoga Teacher trained in Vinyasa yoga (YogaUnion) and Yin Yoga (Anjali). I have been a yoga student since 2016 and a teacher since 2020.

  • I have a Level 3 VTCT Diploma in Massage Therapy from White Rose Beauty College in Derby and additional certificates in Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Acupressure Massage from Gateway Workshops. 

  • I am a certified Meditation Teacher (The Priority Academy) and have practiced and taught meditation from different lineages and methods, as well as writing my own meditation scripts to access the specific areas of the mind and help my clients in the way that is most suitable for them.   • I am also a certified EFT Practitioner (The Priority Academy) and can help you manage difficult emotions. Head over to the EFT tab at the top for more information.

  • In 2023 I have become a Reiki Practitioner and a Holistic Life Coach to help my clients reach my goals faster by removing limiting beliefs and creating the life they always desired with confidence and ease.

I have dedicated the last few years to spreading the message of mindfulness, health and well-being to my clients through yoga, meditation and massage. The feedback I have received has been extremely positive, with some truly amazing results. I have helped hundreds of people find a way to relax, let go of stresses and worries and improve their health and well-being.

I offer a variety of approaches to achieve and maintain your optimal health. If you want to improve your quality of life physical and mental wellbeing, gain strength and flexibility, Be.well provides an inclusive and friendly environment to do so.

I love sharing my beliefs that life should be lived with joy, gratitude, and a dedication to being present in the moment. These feelings inform and guide my teachings, which are focused on helping my clients better connect to themselves, their bodies and their well-being.
